Aquarium Advice Regular
I decided to take some pics to show some of the fish I got from my grandpa, as well as some new ones. Many of them have damaged fins or bodies, or look old and decrepit. Not sure if it was damage from when they lived in his tank, or just wear and tear.
First here's a shot of the tank I got them. When everyone's hiding, it looks pretty barren but there is a good amount in there. Probably slightly overstocked, admittedly... but everyone gets along. Even the C.A.E, so far.. there hasn't been any incidents. He kind of just hides in his cave all day, comes out to chomp on algae tabs.

This is one of the tiger barbs, I believe it's a she. Poor thing has a dwarfed distal fin, and a swimming fin on the other side that looked to be bit right off. She has a hard time swimming sometimes, I often see her hanging out vertically ;( Really neat, though... wasn't aware that the green tiger barbs can change color in different situations. Sometimes they're a pale green, and other times, like this picture... they're like a deep blue green. Very pretty.

Here are the other two tiger barbs. I've named them Albie and Fido, hehe.

The lone neon. No idea how old he is, I'm assuming at least 4.

Could never figure out what this one was exactly. A silver tetra, I think? Anyone know for sure?

Here's a couple Head-and-Tail light tetras (old guys) with a couple lamp eyes (new guys) with the neon, and the silver... I thought they were the same type until I got them home and had to figure out what the old guys actually were. They usually all school together, so they must think they're the same fish, ahah.

And finally one of my new guys, albino cory. They're so fast I couldn't get a clear shot, this is the best I could do! I have to two of these guys and a julii. The two albinos chase each other around, bumping their face into each other and play in the filter bubbles. So funny! The julii kind of keeps to itself though.
