Question Adding to my ten allon tank.

I am wishing to make my 10 gal into a 20 gal. So here is the plan..... I would buy another 10 dollar 10gal from walmart ad take one of the old 10gal and the new 10 gal sides off and put the tanks togather and seal them with silicone. Would that evr work or do I have a impossible thing here. THANKS!

Idk if it'll work but your gonna have to take the rims off. Idk how they're attached I'd they're siliconed, you may have to end up resiliconing the bottoms

Yeah... Ive heard of people trying to do this. Simply, it's not worth it, sorry
It's better to just go buy a 20 when it's on sale or something, cause all the work and there's a HUGE possibility that the glass would shatter then you'd have 2 unusable 10 gallons and no place for the little fishes D:

So, it'd just be better to buy a 20 gallon! A lot less work!

I would just buy a 20g. Right now Petco is Having their dollar per gallon sale, so you can get a 20g for only $20

or you can make a tunnel over and across which would be a lot cooler
