I think the fish are a little small for the plant load, but they get fed 3-4 times a day small meals with peas at least once daily.

We are overhauling ours right now, the winter was pretty hard so a lot of plants took a hit.

It's not a traditional AP system, of course, there's no flood and drain, just a constant height. Might try changing some over to a bell siphon, for some of the ground cover type plants that are better without being submerged completely, we'll see.

Hotdogs? I feed granules at the moment and peas, because the granules are low quality and I don't want constipation. I might be willing to share a hotdog if the fish are lucky.

Just an update, my tomatoes have been coming along great, planted them memorial day weekend and I already have tomatoes all over them. My green pepper plant is doing fine as well.
