aquascaping l.r. ???

can anyone tell me if there is anyway to cement, glue or silicone wet l.r. into disired formations while still wet . without killing it !!! please tell me the name of the productor products !!!

you can use underwater epoxy. its cheap as hell at homedepot. but let me tell you i bought it and use it to hold 2 rocks together and sometimes i wish i did not becuase its nice being able to move it around and rearrange.

is it safe for your fish & inverts. ???? how long does it take to cure ??
