Recently i reseeled an old 29 gal that has a slate bottom and stainless steel framing. it is from the 60's or 70's and it took me about 2 hours to chip out the old seelannt, i believe it was called asphaltum. it is a great looking tank and hoping to make it a centerpeice tank with some cichlids!

Here's the estimated price list for it
Plywood= free
Liquid rubber= 100
Glass = 100
Filter = 120 (6 DIY filters)
Sand= free/cheap
Decoration rocks= 50-100
Lights= a lot o_O!!!!
 
Andrew I gawk every time I see a photo of you tank. I'm going to try this in the future, however I'm terrible with detail. I'm like a three year old when it comes to scissors lol
