Ok so i bought a used 32G aquarium and the inside seals are in good condition but the outside seals feel rough and used. Can i just reseal the outside? Here are some picture of the problematic areas. You can also see the sealing inside which is immaculate.

If i cant reseal it without completely removing the silicon can i apply a layer of silicon on a sort of corner protector/cover and apply it to all 4 corners? I don't have a trim either so can i use this and silicon it to the bottom of the tank? heres a picture of what i'm talking about.
