Coffee table tank

I have recently seen a coffee table tank on CL. It looks like a big glass square, with a slightly larger glass top.

My questions are how would one filter such a tank, and how would you light it?

The filter is generally in the center, also I imagine the same with the lighting. As a side note, they are generally under filtered and so you would need to keep a light stocking for the tank. I thought it would be a great idea, but decided after looking into it more it probably wouldn't be for me.

Ya, I was looking at those too. Would be very expensive but "not so bad" if you did it as a complete DIY project!

Use a moving bed filter in the middle they look cool and people say they work and put the lighting up under the top
