Coral Vue ballast wiring ??'s

I'm ready to wire up my MH's and am wondering about the input wire colors and what they represent on the ballasts?

On the input side there is a yellow w/green stripe, red, and brown wires. On my cord that I am using there is green(ground), black(hot), and white(neutral).

On the ballast it doesnt say which is ground, hot, or neutral

Thanks reefrunner69, but the wire colors on the ice cap ballasts are different.

I got a pm from Darin @CaptiveReef that cleared it up for me.

Sorry, the brain read CoralVue, but for some reason processed Ice cap.
