corigated drain pipe?

I made a few caves from corigated drain pipe. Is this safe?

Black corrugated drainage pipe is high density polyethylene ( HDPE), if you wash and rinse it to getrid of any surface contaminants you'll be OK. The bags you bring your fish home in from the shop are polyethylene .
