What is the best way to diffuse the C02 in you tank currently i am using a diffusor stone on the end of the air line and seems to be working pretty good but are there any better ways????

That is a start. The finer the bubbles the better. Now you need to just increase the total water contact time with the bubbles. A search in the DIY section has several examples.

You could go with the mist method. Basically you use either a fine airstone or a glass diffuser to create fine bubbles. This is placed directly below a powerhead which sucks in the bubbles and blasts them all over the tank.

You could go with the classic in tank reactor or a inline reactor.

All three methods are highly effective, so it's a matter of picking the one that works best for your situation.
