diy pc lighting wiring q

I have 2- 55 W PC Raulux(sp) bulbs. Bought the endcaps for them and a ballast. Now the ballast has 4 wires 2-red 2-blue and i know each color goes to one bulb , but how do i wire the endcaps up to match how the bulbs are. The bulbs are 4-pin.
Do i wire the pos and neg pins on each bulb together then attach the ballast to the endcap?

pictures of the ballast?.. if there's a wiring diagram on the ballast a clear picture of it would be helpfull..
I would think there would be a pair of yellow wires as well..

btw. what ballast are you using? specs. would be nice or a link to the specs.

yes there are 2 yellow wires and the white/black for the power
only confused since i need to put the blue//red and yellow on the endcap
