Diy python for tank filling

I need an easier way to fill my 75 gallon tank during water changes. Pythons are not in the budget so I was thinking of building one but I don't know what to use to attach the faucet to the hose any ideas

I did something similar and used the Aqueon valve and grabbed some tubing at Home Depot. I also built a hanger for my tank out of PVC and simply hang the PVC on the tank and begin draining/filling. I use a gravel vac while this is going to get and loose debis and to fill a bucket with water to clean the filter etc.
