External canister filter

Hi all, at some point in the very near future my husband is going to custom build a tank approx 400litres 100/110 g , so I Was wondering which is a good filter ? As I'm living in Tenerife it with either be a eheim or rena , so I wanted to know which one to look out for that will be good enough for 400 litres .

Dual XP4's. My first choice would be an Fx5 if you could acquire one.

Thanks, I'm going to the lfs tomorrow to price them up...I know they are very expensive here ..
