I need a solenoid valve to empty the aquarium tank. Is it safe to use it with water?
Solenoid valves are safe with water.

Since this will be used for drip irrigation, I'm guessing the reaction time to open or close is not very critical.I need a solenoid valve to empty the aquarium tank. Is it safe to use it with water?
If that's the case search for electric or motorized ball valve on eBay or alibaba.
