gluing acrylic baffles to a glass sump?

what type of adhesive should be used to glue acrylic baffles to a glass sump (aquarium used as a sump)?

Just use silicone, it works best.

Bear in mind that silicone doesn't stick to acrylic very well...if at all. What you want to do is put a good bead of silicone on each side of the baffle and make sure you get good contact with the glass. That will hold it in place.
