Gorilla glue

I know gorilla glue gel is safe to use but does anyone know if the new gorilla 100% silicone sealant is aquarium safe. It will be for decorations and a 2 level 2 tower "apartments" with pvc tubing connecting them in the middle. I want to seal the tubing and all of the seams. I have 2 golden. Dojos and a kuhli that i dont want them to get knicked. Its smoothed out but can never be to safe. Thanks in advance.
