Help me design my 120 gal tank

I was just giving a brand new hundred and 20 gallon tank. Is really a blank slate the only thing I have so far is this cityscape. Originally I really wanted a plan to take but my spouse talked me into getting this cityscape. I think I can have both I'm just trying to figure out the best way to do it. Either make it so it looks like the city is in the background of a natural scape or maybe make it look like an apocalyptic City that's overgrown.
Couple things I have thought of is doing a glazed back ground put LED colored lights behind the city so it kind of lights up in different colors.
Maybe make it look like the city is on a hill with water around it with a stream that goes to the planted portion
Suggestions? Thoughts?

I love the city themed decor don't think Ive ever seen anything like that before , the apocalyptic approach sounds like a neat and fun idea .
can't wait to see the final product once your done.
