I'm attempting to design a a plywood aquarium 30"x30"x50" for some goldfish some giant danios and a common pleco, and I'm not sure how thick the plywood should be. I was thinking 1.5 inches on the bottom, as per youtube's uarujoey's huge ray aquarium with a plywood bottom, but I don't know how thick the sides should be. 1.5 inches seems like overkill. Also, anyone know some cheap plate glass suppliers for the window? I need 1/2 in or 13 cm glass in the general dimensions of 30"x50"
