Also remember the K rating is important ...You want between 2800-3500k bulbs .The ones marked warm work best..I personally have found through trial and error over the past couple years that i have the best results with the flood type lights ..The spiral's never really gave me the desired growth..Good luck and glad to see another person join the scrub club
