Inline auto doser?

I am trying to keep the amount of tubes coming out of the tank to a real minimum. I bought a Eheim 2217 canister, Hydor 200w inline heater, and a inline Aqua Medic 500 Co2 reactor. I would like to setup a auto doser, but I dont want to add more tubes hanging around. Is it possible to make something like the above link, and have it run through the output of my canister filter?
