Hi all, this is my first post here. Im about ready to order a custom built glass tank about 90gal. Im having an overflow box placed on one end. I was wondering whats the sugested distance below the top of the tank for the glass that creates the overflow box?

Well the overflow box itself should be the same height as the tank. The slots for the overflow water are generally about 1/2"-1" down from the top and 1/8"-3/16" wide slots. Depends on how high a flow you need on the size of he slots.
