I used teh plans for my DIY Co2 system form the Co2 sticky - the system with the gas separator and the powered reactor using a python. Well, I setup my bottles iwth the bulkheads, but I didn't use the nuts that came with them. I'm afraid I don't have them on their tight enough, even though I needed pliers to screw it down to teh top of the cap. Do you think this is the reason I don't seem to be getting pressure in the system? Has anyone had similar problems?

You will need to use the nuts that came with the Fourmost Bulkhead Fittings, otherwise you won't be able to get an airtight seal. Also, which size fitting are you using the regular (red and green) or large (blue and yellow)? I found that the regular fittings pictured in the article aren't large enough to get a good seal with airline tubing. The large fittings on the other hand are the perfect size and create a good join.
