Hi All, Im very new to the aquarium hobby and needed a bit of help.
I saw a diy aquarium rack set up online made of 2x4s and 8x8x16 cinderblocks. I have a 36x16x16 Rimless tank made of glass and wanted to know if it being rimless would cause it to crack on the rack.

I'd glue and screw a piece of plywood down for the mat to rest. If those 2x4 bow and create a pressure point that tank could fail.

Their strength relies mostly on the thickness of the sides and the craftsmanship that went into assembling the tank.
Ensure that the corners are properly sealed. They should not also move even when you force them to.
