Rock cover for overflow box

Well sitting back watching my tank like I usually do every night something dawned in me. I hate seeing my overflow box and tube in my tank. So I've decided to come up with a way to attach small pieces of rock to the outside of the box to hide. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this or seen it done?

I can't offer any suggestions but can tell you my wife and I have had the same discussion on several occasions. It would be great to find a way to hide the overflow box on a tank without disrupting it's purpose.
Great question, that I too am hoping someone has a great answer to.
