Selcon question

I am going to make my own fish food. I just bought a bag of mixed seafood octopus, squid, shrimp, clams, and mussles at walmart. Its a 14oz bag my question is how much selcon should I add when chopping up in a food processor? Should I add it before I freeze or is it better to thaw in tank water and add the selcon to that?

Is the mix raw or cooked? I use all raw, shrimp, scallop, squid, clam, mysis shrimp, brine if I have it, smelt fish, then add some flake, pellet and nori put it all in a blender with some clam juice, mix it to a paste then put it in ice cube trays and add my vitamins or selcon right on top then freeze. Basically my fish eat better then me!! But its easier and cheaper and you know whats going in it.

yes it is all raw. I was thinking of adding some flake food, pellets and cyclopeez as well.
