Hey. One of my guppies seem to have developed a Popeye. Eyes are swollen and looks like filled with blood. I am now using Myxazin to treat it. The fish since gotten sick has only been swimming against current for hours at the time or just sitting at the bottom. Also one of the other male guppies have started picking on him. Anyone could confirm this is indeed a Popeye and how to stop the picking. Separating unfortunately isn't an option at the moment. Thank you :)

What are the parameters in the tank?
Ammonia

And if you have the info for
Temperature

and or others like
KH/GH aka alkalinity / Calcium or general hardness
TDS

Fish will often pick on a sick one.

Try and use a breeder net to keep the bully fish in - if there is only one causing a problem, or the ill fish in if there are many picking on the sick one.

Fish will often get agitated and more aggressive when they are in unsafe water parameters.
