Tank move advise.

Hi All, I recently purchased a 55 gallon tank and want to switch the contents of my current tank to the new one, ( tomato clown, damsel and live rock) What is the best way to go about this without disrupting things to much? Thanks.....John.

Yea.....have everything in a Tupperware bin with a powerhead filter and a heater.
