Transport help

I have 3 fish that I need to transport a short distance. What's the best way to do this to keep then safe. Mind I don't have much room in my car as I drive a 2 door coupe.

Get some small 1 or 2G containers from any convenience shop, put some tank water in them, net the fish out and cover the containers with something slightly watertight.
Something like cling film or tin foil would work fine.
Put them in a bin bag and leave them on your passenger seat.
They'll last a good few hours like this, no problem.
