What kind of filtration system?

I want to know what type of filtration system i should get for my current project. Click on the link below to see it. I plan to put it underneath the seat and connect it with the arm rests for better circulation but i dont know what type of pump i should get. I also don't know how to connect the wires for the lighting that is going to be underneath the the top covers. Can someone tell me what type i should get...Thanks for taking the time to read my post!
