What to use?

Glue, silicone. What is best and not toxic? I got a castle that got broke in the mail. How do I fix it? Thinking just aquarium silicone, but not sure. And what kind is the best? The decoration is pretty good size.

Yup, got some loctite. Can't wait to set it up. Ended up getting the castle for free after my complaint. Luckily it broke on the back side. Thank's so much!
