They offer lots of rare fish shrimps dwarf crayfish etc....

UPS is screwing the pooch. This is one of the issues we face using package transport services.

Plane troubles and now the package made it to the state but is now being held up for mechanical issues which I would think is code for broke down truck.

Ughh.. Hope these little guys are ok.. I will document this with full pictures. As I suspect Aquatic-arts packaging is top notch. I would not be surprised if there are 3 survivors eager to start exploring. But I'm worried.. At least temps here are cool

One of them arrived DOA.. Have to blame UPS for that one.

I'll spare you the last picture. But here you can see how meticulous their packaging is. That's biodegradable fluff of some sort.

Also I will feed back on their customer service regarding this unfortunate occurrence.

I lost a 2nd the day after...

After discussing with Aquatic arts we decided that these Goby might be too small and there may be a conflict with my featherfin catfish

They are offering me my choice of refund store credit or replacement product... I have chosen refund for now as I was looking for a nano type fish.

Basically Aquaticarts.com has done their job admirably. No complaints. UPS had issues and the fish I chose was a little different than I expected in size and that was my own issue.


I received a refund for the 2 deceased fish and all shipping today.

They all arrived . they sent me a 4th I assume for being a good customer and the last unfortunate delivery

They seem to like to hang near the top. Thats a nice perk since I have so much top space for them

I recommend them for sure. They have a nice selection and they definitely want to do right by the environment and their customers.

Only issue I have ever had was the one above and that as all unfortunate UPS situation.
