Aqueon, wonderful customer service!

One of my three aqueon pro heaters managed to stop working. I sent aqueons customer service an email asking about the limited life time warranty and no questions asked (other than a copy of the recipe) a new one is on its way. I don't even have to pay shipping! Keep in mind this heater was 2 years old! I am very happy with Aqueon and look forward to doing more business with them!

+1 to Aqueon Customer Service! I have a Quiet Flow 50 filter that got terribly noisy after a cleaning. I emailed them asking for advice.
Got a response in a half hour, and after a few questions I found out I lost the rubber bushing that the impeller shaft sat on. No problem, a new one is in the mail - no charge.

I agree. Ordered an Evolve 8 and it was way to strong on the flow. Pulled it apart and noticed the regulator was missing. Called the company this morning and spoke to Louann, she was friendly, knowledgable and emailed me that I will have a new submersible in the mail tomorrow. Wow! Will buy my next tank from them!Stephanie B

I wish I would have known about their good customer support before I threw away a filter away that stopped working after a month lol

Ah, oh well!

I have been professing the virtues of Aqueon customer services for a couple years now!! I had a heater I purchased in 1990 used it for about a year and put it in storage. I was out of the hobby for about 20 years. Decided to start up and brought out some of my old equipment. The heater worked for a month and burned out. I happened to still have the original box, and called Aqueon. They replaced it, just asked me to send back the defective heater in a prepaid box. They gained my loyalty. They are also based here in the USA.
