Buying online from Live Fish Direct

Has anyone ordered fish from live fish direct? I've never ordered fish online before and was thinking about doing it. They have a bigger variety then stores. Except I'm kinda nervous to do it.

I've ordered fish online before but never from them. Just doing a few searches show they have a good record, which is something you always want to check for.

Only thing I can tell you about online ordering is read their DOA policy very well. That way if there are any dead, you know exactly what to do for a refund or replacement.

I have ordered fish several times on aquabid and havnt had a problem yet. Like stated before, just look at their feedback and doa policy.

Been having fish shiped for over 30 years. GOt my frist fish from them today. 4 small africans (Haps). Great fish,shipping the fish bags are sealed you don't have to worry about a leak the best packing and the heat packs work.
+ a email on care & so on & it was all true.

I ordered 7 then another 11 the day I received the first bunch, they all are doing great and not one dead........ Very happy and pleased with them I need to order a few more female rustys and ill be all set.
