Everytime I order from them I hop they mess something up just so I can get free stuff!!

Plate coral should be purple... even if it has just been on a plane.. in a bag... it should come out of the bag purple...

I transfer the coral from our main tank to the selling tank all the time... that stuff its usually purple...

I agree with FF... take a photo, contact them and keep us updated :P And if they are difficult with you, we'll all gang up on them and steal their marine creatures

They are a good company. I had an urchin and a arrow crab come in late and died(Fedex fault) and they gave me full credit for both...no hassle at all.

that is not a short tentacle plate coral purple. I have seen those for sale and they look nothing like that. My expierence with Live Aquaria's Customer Service has been good, and I think if you called them and explained the situation they would do something.

I would either ask for the Coral I ordered or ask for a full refund of the price plus shipping.

oh crap I didnt read all the other posts before I left this one. Thumbs up again to Live Aquaria. I ordered a blue linkia from there that died 2 days later and they refunded me and a cleaner shrimp I ordered came dead and they refunded me again.
