Hi, I tried to buy 2 transparent knife fish and wanted to know if they could special order for me another type of knife. They previously stated that they did not carry - last week before, but thought since I was ordering other knives I would double check to see if they could special order - You won't know unless you ask, right???

Well, you better not ask them if they special order! They disconnected me several times (on internet chat - they don't have a phone). When I emailed them that they kept disconnecting me and what the deal was, they emailed me back saying that they have banned me from their site because I ask too many questions and don't "listen?" to them and that they think I am difficult..

Oh - and they charged me $70 shipping, only they wouldn't let me buy what I wanted because I asked them the same question twice in 2 weeks and they said I was difficult....I have the email, I wish I could send it here...maybe I will try.

Do not order from these creeps - there is something really fishy here (that site) and on another forum - plecofantics - they advertise there - so it's really scarry for me to think people purchase from these freaks...:butt:

What is going on is that we have determined that you are exceptionally difficult and we do not wish to do business with you. You have asked the same question repeatedly for a week now and never seem to be able to understand that we cannot get the Centipede Knifefish you are requesting, no matter how many times you ask and we answer.

The Transparent Knifefish are very nice, but we are not willing to sell them to you.

I did go elsewhere and bought several fish from petsolutions.com and aquarimfish.net who were so awesome and answered my questions over the phone and loved talking to me, because I am interested in the fish I buy and their health!!! Buy from them, not somethingphisy.com - they are horrible!!!
