So they do not like to price match or work out a deal with there customer. I was trying to work out a deal to purchase the Nova Extreme Pro 48". I emailed them serveral different competitors that have cheaper price for the unit than them thinking they would budge somewhat on the price they simple stated for me to sign up for there newsletter for discounts and promotions. They were sincerely sorry. You think they would even budge with the economy being bad but nothing. Not saying they are bad or anything just thought you guys would like to know if anybody would try to wheel and deal with them.

Go to bigalsonline.com they prices match plus lower by like 5-10% or something.

Yes they do, I just placed a order and they shipped it yesterday and today. I live in Iowa and they expect it here on the 22. Well usp expects it to be.

yeahs its like 25 bucks, but I compared all my prices I could and still saved money compared to fosters and thatfishplace.com I thought it was a good deal.

I guess a verity works. I just got a new bucket of salt from DrFosterSmith.com for $56 shipped Big Al wanted $61 shipped.

I see, if you could of found a different site the had it cheaper the big als you could of compared and prob. got it cheaper.

After shipping costs was F&S still more expensive? I'm also looking for a deal on those lights. Where did you find them cheaper? I don't mind paying a little more with them because of their good customer service.

And also I have been in contact with the Manufacturer they have lower the price for all of there Nova Extreme Pro's, so if anyone is selling them @ a higher price than what they paid for then it's wrong.

Yep ordered the same light fixture a couple weeks ago from them at the same price. I had no problems and got it in quick.

Havent had a problem with it yet. They ship the lights in a seperate box. It lights my whole living room up. I dont really even have to turn the lights on in the room no more Lol
