Drsfosterandsmith.com

I ordered about 400LBs of stuff from them. 7 Day business shipping, cost $15.99!!!!!
I ordered 270LBs of sand and a lighting fixture, and a few other things. Great customer service too. I placed the order yesterday around 1 and they have already shipped my order.

i wish i was in the states because they do seem to be good to their customers, but being overseas, it takes 6 weeks for my orders to get here. at least i know somewhere to go when i get back to the states.

I got in a 4 Lyretails, and 2 arrived colorless. All 4 died withen 3 weeks, only one in their 14 day period which they promptly refunded. I also ordered a golden nugget pleco (Main reason I placed the order), and they ran out of stock and did not bother to call.

I have had several orders from them however, and this one was the only one I had an issue with.

They have excellent prices on dry goods. I always compare them with Big Als and That Pet Place when I order supplies and lately, they've been the cheapest. They have really good sales too.

I love both F&S and Big Al's Online. Other than some items on Ebay, I do most of my shopping at these 2 places.

I got a really nice piece of driftwood from them a few months ago.

Excellent retailer from my dealings. The prices are very good and my shipments have all come without any issues. I have only ordered dry goods though. I'm still squeamish about ordering fish online.
