I've never used them for livestock, but I have bought LOTS of dry goods from them over the years. I have been totally impressed by the prices and more omportantly by their customer service. I would imagine if you have any problems, they would make it right. HTH.

Let us know your thoughts if you order anything with them. Looks like a nicely organized site, which is always a good sign!

I have used them before for supplies and livestock. i ordered salvini cichlids. Honestly all died randomly throughout some time, but that may be on my part. I got package on a friday( had them send it to work, so i'd be there), our office lady did not tell they were in and they sat there all weekend. All six were alive when i opened it that next monday.

Just to throw in my opinion (even though I know the thread is quite old), I ordered from them and it took forever to receive the shipment. When it came it was incorrect but they refused to refund my account. They told me I had to pay return shipping for the items and I would only receive the amount of the merchandise, not the shipping costs. Even though the error was on their part. This happened quite a few years ago though. I was ordering hoods for my 55 gal tank.

hmmm, I have had nothing but good experiences with them personally as I use eithier them or drfostersmith for dry good purchases depending on which site I am geting a better deal at. I would say imo that they are just as good as the doctors.

I love them!! I've ordered plants, coral, dry goods... Had a problem a few weeks ago, they made it right. I got an extra Emperor 400 out of the deal.

And, no, you can't have it!!!

Nothing but great stuff to say about them as well. Although it's been over a year since I used them.

I ordered a AC110 back when they were $39.99 and when it arrived it had a crack at the top of the filter. I called them and was told they would send another out. I asked if I needed to return this one and they said nope, I could keep it. So a little silicone later and I had 2x AC110's for $39.99. They really impressed me on that one.

I have had excellent service from pet solutions, never had any problems and my stuff came pretty quickly. Other places that are great are bigalsonline and drs foster and smith.
