I'm very glad it wasn't lost in shipment. I was worried.
I'll update after receiving, but I'm happier after receiving a response.

Eat? Lol I assume that was an autocorrect issue. No palytoxin for me, I'm trying to quit. Haha.

I believe the only order we have for this fish was ordered on May 12th and cancelled and refunded 3 days later on May 15th. The item was then pulled from our site due to unavailability. This is the only information I can find on this fish.

Update from my order. Everything arrived alive yesterday and looks great with the exception of some zoas. They haven't opened yet but I'm hoping they will.
The crabs and snails are much bigger than ones I got from live aquaria.
Customer service has been prompt and courteous on emails.
I will order reefs2go again assuming these zoas live or I get credit.

I just got an order from reefs2go day before yesterday and had a few problems with it. They called me this morning and resolved all problems that I had and then some! Extraordinary service I would rate with 5 stars. This wAs actually my third order with them, the first two were no problems at all. You have to admit that it's a hard business in shipping live aquaria around the United States and there will be casualties, but with people like Deonne on there customer service team that makes things right it's worth trying. When I stock my next big build I think I'll make the trip down to Clearwater Fl (5 hours from me) to pick up my order. Thanks again Reefs2go for making things right by me.

+1 I've made 3 orders with them and have been very happy with everything but one small gorgonia which wasn't a big deal since I know they are very sensitive. Any more invert orders I place will probably stay with them as long as its in stock!

Oscar, we do ask that you give them at least a week for the zoas to want to come out. Shipping them does cause them a lot of stress but we do know that it could take up to 14 day for them to even show at all. If you have any problems, we are more than happy to process a replacement credit for these items. Just give us a call at 727-623-0914.

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize it took them so long after shipping.
Also, I'm really glad you use pieces of rock instead of frag plugs. Haha. I hate frag plugs.
So far I'm very pleased with my order.

Don't worry sorry I may have caused worry. This was back in April, so the tank initially built for the puffer is up and running as a freshwater now. Thanks for the concern though. At least now I know there is good staff

It was stalled for a week if not two I believe, and i received a notification from your website via email that they weren't in stock in the first place

Have you tried changing the placement of them maybe different flow light will do it.. zoas are pretty hardy corals and are quite hard to kill IME lol

Oscar,
You should have the email with the credit in it within the next hour. Could you check your email for me and let me know? Thanks! Happy Wednesday!
