I would anyway of the week. I've ordered from them a very large order nothing was lost..only thong that didn't ship was the shaving brush in which I received credit and advance notice that they wouldnt ship..their free gift of polyps were very large and very nice... I also ordered a few different clean up grew and got a few extra.. my red brittle was lovely size at the price of 9 bucks were I have seen them for 30 dollars at various lfs. This order was placed back in September I believe and everything I ordered... fish corals and cleanup crew are still accounted for.. the cheap zoos I bought have almost doubled.. none of the corals were on frag plugs either.. I loved that.. just planing my next purchase... can't wait to order again..

My shipment arrived. Everything is alive and looking good. The mushrooms were a little smaller than expected but they were only 1.99 for blue mushrooms. They are very pretty though.

Reefs has def made huge improvements over the last year. I originally swore that I'd never use them, but the BOGO pods always kept me around for my mandarin. They are always good about credit when things get screwed up as well. Where a year ago I'd never order a soft coral from them I recently ordered a red planet acro and am quite pleased.

Agreed I did extensive research on their business.. let's just there bbb rating is great..but looking at why people complained I could help but notice the dead on arrival.. that's all they were. People should know that shipping any type of live stock with such high requirements should know the danger if they ordered and are in this hobbies shame on them for being in this hobbies.. but in regards to that they offer a 14 day no questions ask on dead live stock. That's the industry standard at a fraction of the cost. Like I've stated time and time again. I couldn't believe their customer service nor their prices! The things I could have bought through then with hundreds Ive spent on blue zoo.

I was debating to order again they owe me 11$ in credit. I had a bunch of DOA, because they didn't have it delivered on the two days I specifically asked for be I knew I'd be home for. . First I ordered the wrong item and immediately sent another email asking them to change it. I ended up with the wrong package. Then I spike to someone seeing if they could send me some of the creatures that were supposed to come i the package I wanted I. Pace of the DOA. The woman seemed very nice but never got back to me. I emailed a few more times but they said they had never gotten the first email asking to change the order. Sigh debating what to do with my credit.

Just got my order on Weds. Dec. 6th and the pack of 50 snails was fine. The corals I'm sorry but I would have been ashamed to even put any of them in a bag for shipping. They are so small you need a magnifying glass to see the ployps. I acclimatted them and they are in QT now so we'll give it a week or two and see if anything is even alive. Needless to say that was 100.00 down the drain. I will not be ordering again.

Like I keep saying reefs2go is GREAT for inverts but other then that I would keep my business going to others for coral and fish like liveaquaria and bluezooaquatics. Sorry R2G but that's my honest opinion lol

I received an order of 70 or so snails and crabs last Wednesday and along with my order came a free zoa frag. I believe they're candy apples and there are about 24 polyps. They look great and needless to say, I'm very impressed.
