ruffins staff are weird

ok so me and my bother brought a chain of ruffins.
and we've had it open for like a month.
so the one day i walk in and get a turtle tank and take it to the cashier i told him my name and i told him i wanted to use my credit (store credit)
to get fish and hes like u can't put fish in a turtle tank. I'm like you want to bet???
so he kicked me out of the store (i partner own this store with my brother)
so i come back the next day and hes like leave or ill call the police.
I'm like go ahead. so he does cops come and i show them the store papers and there at the bottom is my name and my brothers.
so the cop leaves and i fire the cashier
(this cashier worked in a different ruffins before)
so u think he would of know u could use turtle tanks??

I am confused.

You and your brother bought a pet store chain, is that what you are saying?

You went in to make a purchase from your own store, pretending to be a regular customer to test your employees? Then I take it the employee could not be convinced that you are part owner of the chain and called the cops on you over a disagreement at the checkout?

Seems like you set the guy up a little bit. Might have been a good opportunity for some employee education

Perhaps the employee was trying to be cautious, since most reptile 'grade' tanks use thinner glass and inferior seam sealing techniques. Because it's not designed to be filled 100% with water, it doesn't need the same structural integrity as an aquarium.
Or perhaps a fish aquarium had a better markup than the reptile tank, and he was simply trying to earn the store more money.

As for the whole story, sounds like a wonderful piece of fiction, but you really need to have someone proofread first before you post.

by the way qaurtine should be spelled quarantine.

Good point. I would think that someone who owns a chain of pet stores would know this. Once again...

Geckos are exactly like lizards, being lizards....they come from all over the tropics and sub-tropics, like Africa, Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, the Carribean, etc.
