So it's been some time since I've posted, but I wanted to share this story!
I'm moving to a new apartment and have spent the majority of the day painting. I ran to walmart to go get a few items... I'll be moving my fish tanks as well, so in preparation for that I grabbed a five gallon bucket and a navy background for the tank.
I also grabbed a couple of house plants, pots for the plants, and painters tape. While checking me out the clerk scans the background, grabs the (largish) house plants and says "awww how cute! You must be putting these plants in your tank!"
*facepalm*
I should mention these plants are known to be poisonous to pets!
