The guy in one of my local fish stores looked bemused when I mentioned fishless cycling, so i carried on to say yano..... The nitrogen cycle ad still a vague look on his face he then turns to me and says a If he were superior na forget that buy some dried bacteria an whack it in, only fish waste is food for the bacteria and if you dont have any bacteria already there will just be ammonia :/ I thought IDIOT hahahahaha then had a lovely chat with a fellow aquarium holder who was in store buying some more fish food then bam a twenty minute conversation about the fishless cycle hahaha
