Birch Aquarium- thoughts?

I'm going to San Diego for spring break is the birch aquarium worth going to? I'm going to sea world and the zoo too and I'm wondering if the birch aquarium is worth a look?

Well, it's definitely cool, but it gets REALLY crowded. But, I like their whole seahorse section a lot!

I read somewhere that late afternoon is the best time? Least busy anyways?
