I went with the highest since you can have so many fish!

I chose the 30gal tank. I think a 30 gal tank is very versatile. They are inexpensive and easily attainable. You are limited on some things but, there is alot of fish you can keep in a 30gal and if the fish you just have to have are not compatible, the 30 is small enough you can have more than one. lol Well, maybe that only works for me.

As much as I love just about any tank over 80G, my favourite particular size is the 40 gallon wide (36"Lx 18"W x 15"H)...no better all-around tank exists.

What's wrong with having a unique answer?

I really like 40 gal tanks myself but with a 100+ gal tank I could get so many fish I want.

I like those 40's...but they are the only specific size I like, for a general answer, I would pick anything over 90G....hard to house an army of bichirs in a 40. :P
