Fish crab for food

I want to get some fish and crab and crawfish for eating, breeding for my family. What kinds would be best I live in Ohio and have a full basement I can use in the winter months. Here is what I was thinking


Fresh water shrimp
Crawfish- Self cloning not sure if you can eat them. If not what breeds do I need
Fish from tilapia to bass


What are you thoughts and what breeds should I be looking to buy?

I got my answer to this It is yes you can eat them. a breeder talked to me about it. I just need to find someone with a few that I can get off of them to get mine going good so I can start saving the and eating them lol. I hope they be good never had crawfish before in my life. But is first time for everyone lol.
