We'll I bought one at a time, being like 5.99-7.99. But online there will be a lot of them that are a bundle, depending on how many they are selling, I forgot what amounts they were saying for $50-$60 because I was only interested in buying singles so I didn't pay attention to how many it was...:-/

They come in different shapes and sizes so I can't really answer that

No problem! for a guestimate, id say 4 of my fists. My hands are really small though....
