Most wholesalers are going to require that you have a physical place of business as well as a license. To by fish, you also have to be licensed to sell fish. If you can satisfy those requirements, then I know of a few places that might sell to you. Keep in mind, that they may have minimum $$ amount on orders.
For dry goods:
Royal Pets out of Pompano FL and also New York.
Fish:
Seagrest Farms, in Tampa FL
I doubt either of these places have web sites, but probably can find them in a yellow pages search over the web. They can also let you know any other requirements they have for purchaseing.
