Opening a fish store?

Has anyone ever looked into opening a fish store? It's always been a "if I won the lotttery" but I really want to open one. Not just like a little hole in the wall but a BIG store . I live in orange county California and there are tons of small ones...has anyone looked into actually doing this or ever owned one before?

Never again

Been there, done that. Calls 2 in the morning from the airport a load of fish came in a week early go 25 miles pick them up come back start to acculate them, shoot going to be late for work, don't forget to do water changes, time to do sales tax report, I had 90 30gal tanks, 2 225 tanks, 4 55tanks and 10 20 gal tanks, I sold every thing in 1977 and never had another fish till last year. My suggestion is to talk to people that own stores and see if they would do it again or would sell u their store.
