paypal- personal or premier?

okay im probably only going to use this to buy my mom's books and for aquabid and ebay. can i use personal for this or do i have to use premier?

I am more fimular with paypals personal and business accounts. The only difference that really affects users is that personal accounts can not accept credit card payments where as business accounts can. There are no costs to having a business account other than transaction fees per transaction.

If your using it to buy stuff you wont need to upgrade to business since you wont need to accept credit card payments. The paypal account will be linked to a bank account instead.
